Lonseal Lonstrand Topseal was designed to contribute to restorative responses such as reducing stress, improving cognitive function and creativity, improving well-being and healing. The design mimics a bark of a tree, which gives a harmonious relationship with the earth and offers a sense of healing and tranquility. The long, fibrous-like strands can visually expand a space. Lonstrand has multiple design purposes. It is subtle enough to provide a smooth transition between rooms and interesting enough to help emphasize a focal point.
We prefer sheet flooring over “planks” because it’s more waterproof and easier to clean. It’s also generally easier to install.

Lonseal Flooring Finishes
Topseal: A factory-applied urethane “no-wax” finish that protects the floor, reduces scuffing and simplifies routine maintenance. It is applied as a surface coating measuring 30-microns, three times thicker than most PUR finishes. Since it is factory-applied, there is no need to apply any additional finish after installation, and no need to reapply any finish for the life of the floor. As a urethane finish, you are also getting the best possible type of floor finish, with much better protection than standard acrylic finishes are capable of providing.
UV: Lonseal’s UV is a high gloss factory-applied urethane finish, with a thickness of 100 microns.
Unfinished: Unless denoted as Topseal or UV, Lonseal flooring does not come with any pre-applied finish. Lonseal highly recommends all unfinished flooring receive a finish. Failure to apply a finish will make maintenance more difficult and impact the flooring’s performance. It could also lead to premature wear and impact the limited wear warranty. Maintenance Guide
