Our awesome tech support guru, Mike Lyons, is a long-time vanlifer who had his dream van built out a couple years ago by Ridgeline Vans in California. We finally got around to making avideo tour of this beautiful conversion named Willow!
Mike didn’t build Willow. He did however dream her up and was responsible for the design and seeking out a builder that could make his vision a reality. The jump from a VW Euro Van Weekender with nothing more than a pop top, pull out bed, flip up table, double burner camp stove, and an IKEA file cabinet w/a butcherblock counter was pretty darn easy especially when that jump landed him in a 2022 144 4×4 Sprinter. The vision for Willow was to be a fresh modern open space where the bed was always made, food was fresh in the fridge and either Mike or Amy could stand up out the front seat and walk to the back to make lunch while driving. It worked.
