By Applying to the Builder Network, you agree to the following:
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your eligibility and use of the Benefit. By participating in the Benefit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you may not participate in the Benefit. If you fail to comply with these Terms, you may lose your right to participate in the Benefit. These Terms may be changed from time to time and without notice at Vanlife Outfitter’s sole discretion and as provided by applicable law. You should check these Terms frequently for any such changes, but, in any case, your continued participation in the Benefit shall constitute acceptance of any such modifications. If any provision of these Terms are deemed to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such provision will be deemed severed and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Customer is a registered business (Incorporated w/ EIN).
Customer has an established website and/or social media presence.
Customer has completed over three van builds for clients and has a portfolio of their work. (Customer references may be requested)
Customer understands Benefits are subject to change at any time without notice.
Member agrees not to resell any products online that were purchased via wholesale pricing in the Vanlife Outfitters Pro Builder Network. Customer agrees not to resell product. (Product must be installed in a build project).If a member is found to be reselling products purchased via the Vanlife Outfitters Pro Builder Network, their membership in the program will be canceled immediately.
Shipping Benefits valid to customers in lower 48 states only (AK and HI not eligible).
Benefits cannot be redeemed for cash.
Benefits cannot be applied on top of any other benefits or discounts unless otherwise specified.
Rebate applies only to orders placed through the builder network and with standard builder network pricing & discounts. Orders placed outside the Pro Builder Network or placed with special discounts or sales are not eligible for a rebate.
Featured directory listings require regular ordering from our store as a Pro Builder. Regular ordering is four or more orders over a six-month period.
Vanlife Outfitters determines suitability for applicants to the Builder Network on a variety of factors and only approved companies are eligible for benefits. Any company who is deemed to be a competitor will have their application denied.
Builder Network customer must purchase a minimum of $10,000 in a quarter to be eligible for a rebate. Rebate is 3% of total purchases in the ending quarter. Rebate is awarded in the form of store credit. Store credit rebates are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance and once expired cannot be reactivated (‘use it or lose it’).
Existing Builder Network members may be removed from the program and benefits at any time at the sole discretion of Vanlife Outfitters.
