Flat Rate $99 Shipping! Orders with up to 25' of flooring shipped to an address in the lower 48 states qualify for this flat-rate ground shipping. Orders over 25' are generally over 150 pounds and, therefore, need to be shipped via truck freight so the shipping cost for 26' or more is $250 to the lower 48 states. Lonseal is shipped directly from the manufacturer. They are located in Southern California. Orders are processed and cut to length and then shipped out. Typically orders will ship out 3-6 business days after your order is placed.

Description

LONWOOD DAKOTA is a slightly textured sheet that evokes the open grain of oak and the nuance of a knot-free, quarter-sawn plank. Ideal for corporate, healthcare, retail and hospitality applications. Lonwood Dakota now comes standard with Lonseal’s exclusive Topseal formulation.  Topseal is a factory-applied urethane finish that protects the floor, reduces scuffing and simplifies routine maintenance.  Topseal is applied in a 30-micron wear layer and extends the life of the flooring by protecting it from wear due to staining, soiling and scuffing.

We prefer sheet flooring over “planks” because it’s more waterproof and easier to clean. It’s also generally easier to install.
