If you’re looking for a reliable way to rapidly charge your batteries, a dedicated secondary alternator is a great option. This is for a 48-volt power system. We also sell a 12-volt version.

Advanced, very high current alternator charging at up to 100 amps at 48 volts translating to nearly 5,000 watts of charging power.

Includes the advanced Wakespeed WS500 Pro charging regulator and the Van Wiring Harness (WSPH-VAN). It will ship pre-configured for your particular batteries (if they are “officially compatible) with the Wakespeed, based on the information provided below when ordering. Please see the details and a list of qualified batteries below.
Lead times are typically 3-5 business days.
The only approved batteries for this this 48-volt system Victron Smart batteries with the Lynx Smart BMS, Lithionics or other Wakespeed-approved battery CAN communication to the Wakespeed. Any drop-in lithium batteries without communication are not approved and will not be covered by the warranty.
Wakespeed WS500 regulator pre-programmed for approved/qualified batteries (see list above). If you choose “other” in the battery choice, the Wakespeed will not be pre-configured.
